The days seem to be all Saturdays, in point of business with our merchants at present. Each day our city is full of people and teams from the surrounding country, and all places of business are thronged with the trading multitudes. To find a day laborer unemployed, (who is inclined to work), is one of the almost impossibilities in this place. Also good girls for general house work are in demand and among the scarcities to find disengaged.
