GEORGE BROWER & CO. are proprietors of one of our large dry goods and clothing houses. They also keep notions and groceries. They commenced business about three years ago in a fifty feet room in Heeter's brick block on the north side of Main street, but finding the room too small for their increasing trade, the building was extended the past summer fifty feet, making it one hundred feet deep by twenty in width. They do a strictly cash business, and of course a prosperous one.
