Dr. J.H. Waddel, of Laketon, Pleasant township who went to Ohio to have a piece of gun cap removed from his eye, returned home Saturday all right. The piece of cap which had been floating around in the aqueous matter of the eye for years, causing him great pain at times, was removed with but little trouble, and the eye will soon be all right again. Prof. Metts, of Mansfield, Ohio performed the operation; he also took gun caps from half a dozen other eyes during the week Dr. Waddel remained there.
