This is to certify that the Grossnickle Construction Company, having its principal place of business in the town of North Manchester, Wabash County, State of Indiana, is a co-partnership and that the partners in said business from January 1, 1917, until December 1, 1919 were: Jonas Grossnickle, whose residence is North Manchester, Indiana; Melvin L. Grossnickle, whose residence is North Manchester, Indiana; Charles DeLauter, whose residence is North Manchester, Indiana; Henry A. Hower, whose residence is North Manchester, Indiana; and that from December 1, 1919, the partners having an interest in said business are the said Jonas Grossnickle, North Manchester, Indiana and Melvin L. Grossnickle, North Manchester, Indiana.
