Lewis W. Allen being duly sworn upon his oath says that he is one of the owners and proprietors of the business of Mather Electric Service, doing business of battery service work and electric work of all kinds, having its principal place of business in the town of North Manchester, in Wabash County, State of Indiana.

 That said Mather Electric Service is a co-partnership composed of himself and one, Cecil L. Eiler, and as such they are engaged in the electric Battery service and electric work of all kinds.

 He further says that there are no other persons connected with him in the conducting of said business who have a financial interest therein, and that he and Cecil L. Eiler are the only persons having an interest in said business. That the only persons connected with the ownership of the same, directly or indirectly, are Lewis W. Allen and Cecil L. Eiler, both of whom are residents of the town of North Manchester, in Wabash County, State of Indiana, and none others.
