This certifies that I, Louis N. Naber, and who being duly sworn upon his oath says that he is the owner and proprietor of the business, the Naber Hardware, doing business, selling merchandise, hardware, shelf hardware, and all such materials connected with a hardware store, and having his principal place of business in the town of North Manchester, in Wabash County, State of Indiana.

 He further says that there are no other persons connected with him in the conducting of said business who have a financial interest therein, and that he is the only person connected with the ownership of the same, directly or indirectly. And he and he alone owns and conducts said mercantile business in the name of the Naber Hardware.
