Notice.--David Hamilton and Geo. W. Eichholtz have bought the entire interest in the tile factory of Valdenaire, Bush & Co., together with all the notes, book accounts etc., and assumes all indebtedness of the former company. The company hereafter will be known as the New Madison Tile and Lumber Company.
