Comes now Sidney J. Baumgarten, of North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana, who, upon oath, being duly sworn, says that he is the sole proprietor and owner of a business engaged in North Manchester, Indiana, in the manufacture of pants and other wearing apparel under the name of PIONEER TROUSER CO.; that this affidavit is made for the purpose of complying with Section 50-201, Burn’s Indiana Statutes, Annotated 1933, which said affidavit is to be filed with the Clerk of the Wabash Circuit Court.
