P.C. Ridgley & Co.

There cannot be found in the city a neater, more inviting or better managed business house than that of Messrs. P.C. Ridgley and Co. The firm is composed of P.C. Ridgley and R.E. Quivey, and was organized eighteen months ago, since which time it has conducted a profitable trade and verified the old time adage, "Merit will win." The room in which this popular firm is installed is 20x132 and is packed to its utmost capacity with a carefully selected line of family and fancy groceries, the stock embracing everything usually found in any first-class grocery store. Messrs. Ridgley & Co. maintain a free delivery and all goods purchased at their store are delivered with a promptness highly pleasing to the purchaser.

The secret of success in business is not luck, as many imagine. Even a large business attained by happy accident cannot be held unless wisely and generously conducted. It is the studious care to give every patron the worth of his money that has given Messrs. Ridgley & Co. such a grasp on the local trade. They have gained the confidence of the public, and therein lies the secret of their success.
