If no unforeseen thing turns up Rev. R.J. Parrett will hold a tabernacle meeting at this place beginning about May 23d. He says subscriptions taken at the dedication, and before, of the U.B. church for the payment of the church building debt, has shrunken to such an extent that more funds are needed, and for that purpose he has consented to hold the meeting. The tents, most likely, will stand upon the island, and the meetings continue ten days or more.
