Leotus A. Young Died In Wabash Nursing Home

Leotus A. Young, 103 South Maple street, died Friday forenoon at 10:50 at the Friendly Nursing Home in Wabash after an illness of one year. Mr. Young was a retired masonry contractor and a former school teacher of Pleasant township. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Young, and was born at Disko, September 29, 1873. He married Florence A. Leffel July 28, 1897, and she died May 6, 1950. A brother, Bert Young, also preceded him in death. Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Edythe Bussard, North Manchester. The body was taken to the Bender Funeral Home where friends called and where the funeral was held Monday afternoon at 2:00. The Rev. Doyle Pavy conducted the service and burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Young was a 50 year member of the North Manchester Masonic Lodge.
